Payments
For your convenience, we accept a wide range of different payment methods. You can pay using major credit and debit cards via PayPal - contact us for more details.
Delivery
Delivery in the UK will be by Royal Mail, costs will be provided at time of order. Standard delivery time is 5 - 10 working days. For EU deliveries we use parcel force world wide and for other international deliveries, contact us to confirm the method/costs of delivery.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased from JuSt Shetland you can return the unused / unworn item within 14 days for a full refund or replacement, as long as the product is returned to us in its original packaging and all labels are still attached.
Our guarantee
Any faults in the making of the garment will be repaired or your item replaced at our discretion. Unfortunately we cannot replace items if you have not washed/dried them in accordance with our instructions.
JuSt Shetland is a full member of the Shetland Arts and Crafts Association. As such, our production processes undergo regular independent, full & stringent quality testing.
